Samuel L. Jackson’s BBQ Peach Chicken Skillet

BBQ Peach Chicken Skillet

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
  • 2 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of smoked paprika

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken on both sides until golden (about 3–4 minutes per side). Add BBQ sauce and sliced peaches. Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes until chicken is cooked through and peaches are tender. Serve with grilled corn, rice, or your favorite summer sides.
